Saint Francis Admissions Procedure

Step 1: Set up a parent meeting and tour with our Admissions office. Call 770-641-8257 x3 or ebrown@stfranschool.com. 

The following items should be downloaded, sent to you current school, and then returned to Saint Francis School:

   Confidential Common Teacher Evaluation Form
   Confidential Common Principal/Counselor Evaluation Form
   Request for Records

The following JATP brochure should be downloaded, form completed, detached and mailed to one of the psychologists on the list. (Grades K-5 only)

JATP Explanation Letter (5th Grade)
JATP Out of State Letter (5th Grade)
JATP Brochure (5th Grade)
JATP Q and A (5th Grade)

Step 3: Upon receipt of a completed application  file, the admissions office will contact you to set up  an appointment for applicant testing, tour, and interview.

Step 4: The official decision notification for admissions is mailed on the first Friday of April.
