Saint Francis Admissions Procedure

  Step 1: Set up a parent meeting and tour with our  Admissions office. 

Step 2: Complete the Application

(To complete the application online you must have Adobe Reader.  All Apple users need to open the application in Adobe Reader, not in Preview.  If you need to download Adobe Reader, please click here.)

The following is to be completed and submitted online:

Application for PreK and Kindergarten Admission

(If you prefer, you may print out, complete and sent to St. Francis School, 9375 Willeo Rd., Roswell, GA 30075)

The following items should be downloaded, sent to you current school, and then returned to Saint Francis School:

Teacher Evaluation and Checklist Form

The following JATP brochure should be downloaded, form completed, detached and mailed to one of the psychologists on the list. (Grades K-5 only)

Step 3: Upon receipt of a completed application  file, the admissions office will contact you to set up  an appointment for applicant testing, tour, and interview.

Step 4: The official decision notification for admissions is mailed on the first Friday of April.
