The Saint Francis faculty consists of accredited teachers, counselors, and administrators who have professional experience helping students grow in confidence and self-esteem as they work through the grade level curriculum in small-instructed settings.

Each member of the Saint Francis faculty has made a deliberate decision to seek an educational environment where his or her talents and experience can best serve children.

It is this sense of dedication and commitment that enables the school to help children realize their full potential.

Teachers and Support Staff
Saint Francis provides a highly qualified staff.  Class size typically ranges from 10 to 16 students with an average class size of 14 students.  Teachers work to ensure that each student is challenged and supported as stated in the mission statement.  Curriculum is presented in a multi-modal approach with consideration given to the different learning styles of our students.  Furthermore, each member of the Saint Francis faculty has made a deliberate decision to seek an educational environment where their talents and experience can best serve children.  It is the sense of dedication and commitment that enables the school to help so many children realize their full learning potential.

The Building Principal's responsibility is to oversee and manage the building by facilitating the daily operations of the school and to assure that the school is consistently supporting and embracing the Saint Francis mission and philosophy.  The principal continually reflects on and seeks ways to challenge all students while also monitoring to ensure that students needs are met.  Collaboratively, the principal helps to develop a strong and supportive relationship with teachers, students, parents and the community.
