Preschool classroom lead teachers minimally have a bachelor's degree in Early Childhood, Elementary Education, Psychology, or related fields. Preschool associate teachers include faculty who have taken college level classes and have received diplomas in Early Childhood Care and Education. Specialty teachers include a speech/language pathologist and faculty who exclusively teach art, music, drama, creative movement, library, and computers. A full-time nurse is available on campus as well.

Students benefit from an average pupil teacher ratio of 12/1. Each class has a lead teacher. In addition, each class has an associate teacher who is shared with another class. Teachers instruct multimodally...visually, auditorally, and kinesthetically. All faculty share a love for children and have an extraordinary dedication to their profession.
