tuition payment options
TUITION OPTION A: Tuition is due April 12, 2018, which entitles the parent to a 4% discount on Tuition. Tuition – 4% = Adjusted Total Payment. If full payment is not received by April 12, 2018, the 4% discount does not apply.
TUITION OPTION B: Tuition divided into equal monthly payments with the first payment, by separate check, due along with the completed financial agreement in April 12, 2018.
The subsequent 10 payments are drawn by automatic withdrawal from your bank account with the first payment beginning May 1, 2018 and the last payment in February 1, 2019.
Please note: New students who enroll after April would follow a plan based on the number of months from the date of enrollment to the following February.
For example, a student enrolled in May would be on a 10-month plan; in June a 9-month plan, etc. First payment, by separate check, would be at the time of enrollment with subsequent payments by automatic withdrawal from your bank account, drawn the first of each month.
Contracts will be sent out in January when your child becomes a returning student the second year. You will cycle into a normal payment year of 12 monthly payments, the first payment being due March 1, and running through February 1 of the following year. If you pay in full your payment with a 4% discount will also be due by March 1.
Please Note: Option B is the only method of monthly payment we can accept.
